Mental health awareness clothing

We may be small but we are mighty. We will talk about mental illness until the stigma surrounding it is broken.

Want to know a little more?

We want to start open conversations and aim to do that through something fun and creative (ie clothing) but the reason we started runs much deeper than that.

We wanted people to be able to openly talk about their mental health without feeling embarrassed and the only way to do that is to keep having conversation about it. We also wanted to provide a subtle way to show those around you that you care and can be open with you no matter what. We should be there for the people we care about and this is just one way to show that. We know all too well how hard it can be to approach the subject of mental health so we wanted to provide an opener for those conversations, our clothes can be that opener.

We created the ED recovery programme because we wanted to make the process of sizing up/down during ED recovery easier for people. We know weight gain can hinder recovery and overshooting can happen, which lets face it can be incredibly expensive in terms of clothes.  We want to change that. We don't want people to feel like they can't wear their favourite clothes because they've started recovery. To find out more about this programme head to our FAQ
