Need a little more information? Your wish is our command.

What is your return policy?

Because we're such a small company right now we only have a 50% refund policy unless there is a problem with the garment. However, we have a full exchange policy if you order the wrong size, so worry not if you're not 100% on your size. All garments must be unworn, unwashed and still in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we can't offer free returns right now.

What is your shipping policy?

Currently we're only shipping within the UK.

We offer 2nd class, 2nd class signed and 1st classing shipping on all products.

All packages under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail and all packages over are sent via Hermes.

Why has a handling fee been added to my order?

A £1 handling free is added to every order to cover the cost of packing materials (ie the boxes we use, tape and ink to print labels)

What are the payment options?

We offer both PayPal and credit/debit card payments.

Do you sell gift cards?

Not currently, but we are definitely working on it!

How does your ED programme work?

We offer our clothes at a discounted rate for those sizing up or down. In order to be part of this programme send us on email proving your original purchase and we will send you a code to use (All garments are discounted 50% or more for those taking part in the programme, some are discounted 100%).

We'll ask for you to return the original garment to us us so we can repurpose it if you take part in this programme. Don't worry, we'll send you a returns label for this.

This offer is only valid on clothes bought directly from us. Doesn't include limited addition items.

Can I be featured on the blog part on the website?

Do you have a size guide?

We do! each product has its own size guide in the description

You don't stock my size

We only bought a limited number of sizes due to just starting out but we really want to stock more. If we don't stock your size right now just drop us an email and we'll make sure we get it ordered on the next batch for you.

How do you make sure you're socially responsible?

We currently print on AS colour t-shirts and you can find their socially responsible information here. We also use a small independent business to print on our t-shirts so we know where our money is going. 

How are you trying to be environmentally conscious with your packaging?

All our clothes are sent out in 70% recycled boxes and recycled tape instead of plastic sellotape. The whole of the packaging can be recycled (you just need to remove the label with your personal information on).

We also use recycled tissue paper which can be recycled by you.

We don't use individual bags for clothings since we think it's a waste of plastic.

Our business cards are also printed on recycled card.

We are always trying to improve and be more environmentally conscious so if you think there's something we should be doing just drop us an email!

Why have the prices of the products changed since I last ordered?

Instead of adding a handling fee to the check out section we've decided to just add it onto the price of the products themselves. We felt it was the better option so we wouldn't be surprised by the extra money at check out. We also found cheaper options for some of the printing processes which is why you might have seen the prices drop for a couple of items.

I'm allergic to cats/dogs.

We highly recommend washing the clothing before you wear it for the first time if you're allergic to cats/dogs. We recommend you do this because although we store all clothing in boxes away from our pets we can't 100% guarantee that there will be no hair on the clothing. If you are allergic please notify us when you purchase and we will do everything we can to try help before we ship your item(s).

Working hours

We're a small business so we need time to be able to package and ship orders. Anything ordered after 2pm will be classed as next working day so won't be sent until the day after (not including Saturdays and Sundays). As much as we wish we could keep up with timescales of fast fashion companies it's not realistic and we have to take all our orders to the local post office (which is only open Monday - Friday and has currently cut their hours because of COVID.

Why are so many items preorders?

We've recently started using digital printing along side screen printing. With digital printing we can order as many or as little designs as we wish which means we can just print the designs people want. We want to be more environmentally conscious so don't want to waste resources on designs people don't want. Ultimately we can bring a wider variation of designs and sizes by only printing when people purchase. It does unfortunately mean a little bit of a longer wait time, but I promise it is worth it.
