Anxiety UK

Charity providing support if you’ve been diagnosed with an anxiety condition

A charity helping people living with manic depression or dipolar disorder


CALM Is the campaign against living miserably, for men ages 15 - 35

24/7 stress support for men by text, chat and email

Mental health Foundation

Provides information and support for anyone with mental health problems or learning disabilities.

No panic

Voluntary charity offering support for sufferers of panic attacks and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Offers a course to help overcome your phobia or OCD

OCD action

Support for people with OCD. Includes information on treatment and online resources.

Smart recovery UK

SMART recovery UK face to face and online groups to help people decide whether they have a problem with alcohol and drugs, build up their motivation to change and offer a set of proven tools and techniques to support recovery

Rape Crisis

Rape crisis centres provide specialist support and services to women and girls who have experienced sexual violence.

Victim support

An independent charity that offered confidential, free and tailored support for those who have been a victim of a crime.


Phone: 0808 168 9111 (24-hour helpline)


Offers support for people suffering for an eating disorder and for those supporting someone with an eating disorder.

Phone: 0808 801 0677 (adults) or 0808 801 0711 (for under 18s). Helpline are open Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 4pm – 8pm.
